What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is a high-quality silver alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. This combination makes it durable enough for everyday wear while maintaining silver’s natural beauty.
Is your jewelry genuine sterling silver?
Yes. All of our sterling silver jewelry is 925 stamped and crafted from authentic sterling silver and fine silver. We do not use silver-plated or base-metal substitutes.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals. This is normal and does not mean the jewelry is low quality. With proper care, tarnishing can be easily minimized or removed to ensure sparkle with each wear.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Store it in a dry, airtight container when not in use
Gently clean with a soft polishing cloth
Remove jewelry before swimming or showering as certain chemicals can increase tarnishing.
Is sterling silver safe for sensitive skin?
Sterling silver is generally hypoallergenic and suitable for most people with sensitive skin. However, individual reactions may vary.
Do you offer gold-plated or other finishes?
Yes. Some of our designs feature gold vermeil, gold plating, or rhodium plating over sterling silver for added color and durability. Each product description lists the exact materials used.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping times are however estimated to be between 7-14 days for most selected products.
Do you ship internationally?
No. As of now we are solely focusing on the South African market, this may change depending on the shift in the market.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Custom or personalized pieces may be non-refundable.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
No . We do not offer custom engraving or bespoke designs, this too may change depending on the markets demand.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
